Bros Junk Removal provides junk removal, hauling, and cleanout services in the Metro Atlanta area. Our services include but are not limited to:
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is determined upon visual inspection of the items to be removed. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual job differs significantly from the initial description.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and other approved payment methods.
We strive to arrive within the scheduled time window. However, due to the nature of our work, delays may occur. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

You agree to provide safe and clear access to the items to be removed. You must have legal authority to authorize the removal of items from the property. We are not responsible for items removed at your direction.
We take care to avoid damage to your property. We are insured and will address any damage caused by our negligence. However, we are not liable for:
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We dispose of items in accordance with local regulations. We recycle and donate items whenever possible. Once items are removed from your property, they become our property to dispose of as we see fit.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bros Junk Removal and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
We currently serve Smyrna, Marietta, Austell, Dunwoody, Atlanta, and surrounding Metro Atlanta communities. Service availability and pricing may vary by location.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
